Mr. Riccio is an experienced General Manager and CEO\/Director of Investment Services firms with over 30 years of work in different senior positions in the investment industry. For most of his career, he was the leader of the Investment Research and Portfolio Management units for MERCANTIL SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS, an important financial institution based in Venezuela, and was responsible for the launch of successful investments funds and products in that market.<\/p>\n

The rest of his experience has been as an independent Registered Investments Advisor (RIA) in the state of Florida and as Regional Director for Business Development in Latin America at SFG, with a presence in Colombia, Panama, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, and Venezuela. Mr. Riccio is a Civil Engineer (UCAB \u2013 Class of 74\u2019) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administraci\u00f3n (IESA \u2013 Class of 85\u2019) and post-graduate studies from the Politecnico di Milano.<\/p>\n

He is an active member of the CFA Institute and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA). In the past, he had US securities licenses Series 7 and Series 24 (now inactive). He has been President of the Asociaci\u00f3n Venezolana de Administradores de Fondos (AVAF) for several terms.<\/p>\n

Giampiero is fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English.<\/p>\n
