Sandra Baez embarked on her professional journey over 25 years ago. Her path to success took shape when she secured a position at Merrill Lynch in New York City, where she became an integral part of the foreign office branch specializing in international business. Over the course of ten years, she embraced various roles, including Branch Operations, Sales Assistant, Trainer, Administration Manager trainee, and Project Manager. Sandra’s career took her to diverse corners of the world. She had the privilege of traveling to numerous Merrill Lynch offices situated across Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. These global interactions enriched her perspective and provided her with invaluable expertise and further fueled her passion for the financial industry.

After a successful tenure at Merrill Lynch, Sandra extended her influence on several global organizations. Her professional journey led her to contribute her skills and knowledge at Lehman Brothers, Royal Bank of Canada, Wells Fargo Advisors, as well as smaller broker-dealers in Miami. These experiences offered her diverse exposure and enhanced her capabilities.

Sandra’s journey came full circle as she rejoins Wells Fargo Advisors in 2016. This time as the Regional Field Support Governance Leader of the International Division. In this capacity, she assumed the responsibility of overseeing the supervision of 285 Financial Advisors, managing $40 billion in assets. This role showcased her leadership acumen and proficiency in managing complex financial landscapes.

The year 2021 marked yet another milestone in Sandra’s career as she took on the role of Head of Supervision for Client Workflow at Citi Private Wealth Management. In this position, she oversaw the review and approval of new accounts, asset movements, and account maintenance for the entire United States, elevating industry standards.

Sandra was born, raised, and educated in Puerto Rico. She currently holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. She holds several FINRA licenses including series 4, 7, 8, 24, 66, and 79. She is also CAMS certified.

As a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience, Sandra continues to leave an indelible mark on the financial sector, embodying a spirit of leadership, integrity, and unwavering dedication.
